Tagalong grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including activities, comments, and other interactions. By posting content, you grant Tagalong a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
Content Moderation: Tagalong allows users to report content they believe is offensive or inappropriate. Tagalong reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise deemed harmful.
Tagalong collects data related to your activities, comments, likes, friendships, and other interactions on the App. This data is used solely to facilitate social and activity-planning features and to enhance the user experience.

Tagalong integrates with certain third-party services, including Mapbox, to provide mapping functionalities within the App. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, which may be different from this Agreement. Tagalong is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party services.
Currently, the App is free to use. Tagalong may introduce in-app purchases or subscription options in the future. Any additional terms related to paid features will be provided at the time of availability.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Tagalong may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must delete or uninstall the App from all devices.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Tagalong disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tagalong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Tagalong reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider of the services is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
